Shipping & Returns
Processing schedule and order shipping from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Orders made outside that schedule will be processed during the next business day.
For shipments made on Saturday until 13:00 will have a flat rate (depending of the country to make the delivery), regardless of the amount of the order. No deliveries are made on Saturdays in the afternoon, Sundays and holidays. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays shall enter into force on the following business day, under the conditions stated above

The delivery date at the customer's home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. If you have not received your order in the following days after the order is been made, please contact us to fix the delay, however wait for few days. The deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents such as: Customs inspections, strikes, extreme climatic phenomena, to resolutions and security measures applied by some countries at specific times.
If the package exceeds the standard weight we will contact you to rate the shipping cost.
For shipments requiring cold chain the amount may be increased.
Once your order is confirmed (product availability in stock and payment made), you will receive an email with a link from which you will be able to follow your order in real time.
Forms of payment
You have various forms of payment;
- Payment by Card: (with this system your data go directly to the bank)
With your card's personal PIN you can pay on-line your order.
- If you do not have the personal PIN we contact you to pass the charge for the virtual TPV of our establishment (the data are not stored) to cash on delivery
When you receive payment confirmation you will be sent your purchase.
You can cancel, change or modify the order without charge, if the order is still in the "pending" state within 12 hours following to place your order.
Depending on the type of product it is not possible to return it for sanitary reasons. You may not exercise the right to desist when the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.
Only returns motivated by defective merchandise will be accepted or when there is an error in the order Served on behalf of Enclar Pharmacy. Please contact us by email to tell you how to make your return.
In the case of entitlement, you have within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. To exercise the right, you must notify us of your decision by e-mail.
Taxes and customs charges outside Spain
We inform you that we are not responsible for taxes and customs fees that some countries apply to the entry of foreign shipments, as well as the delay that this process affects the delivery of your order.. In this case we advise you to contact the organism in question.
